In my 25+ year professional life, I have been blessed to lead diverse teams with as many as 330 people across a variety of disciplines including President and C-level roles in operations, finance, strategy and innovation.

In a leadership setting, I have managed change including M&A, disruptive innovation, turnarounds, facility relocation, and internal start-ups with on-site, multi-site and remote teams.

As a serial intrapreneur, I have been involved in brand creation, brand story, and incubation for diverse start-ups as well as a number of firsts in applying new technologies to recreational boating.

I have a history of loyalty and increasing responsibility in both large, public and small, private organizations.  My educational foundation includes graduating at the top of my MBA class at Rollins College as well as management programs at Harvard, Stanford, and Villanova.  I have developed significantly through these experiences and am eager to learn more about your needs and exploring ways in which I can contribute.
